- Single-Machine, Non-Transferable: Your license is bound to the registered system. If you change the PC/system, the license will not be transferred; a new license must be purchased.
- Non-exclusive, non-sublicensable, and time-limited as per your plan.
Prohibited Actions
- Sharing, reselling, leasing, or redistributing the software or license key.
- Reverse engineering, bypassing activation, or altering copyright notices.
- Using more systems than licensed.
Updates & Support
Updates may be provided at our discretion and may depend on your license type. Support channels and response times may vary by plan.
Termination
We may terminate the license for violations. Upon termination or expiry, you must stop using the software and uninstall it.
4. Refund & Cancellation Policy
Refund Window
- Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of purchase.
- No refunds after license activation or where downloadable software has been accessed and activated.
Processing & Deductions
Approved refunds may exclude non-recoverable gateway or processing fees. Refunds are returned to the original payment method.
How to Request

Cancellations
Subscriptions/renewals can be cancelled before the next billing date to avoid future charges.
5. Disclaimer
- BidzDocs 24x7 is not associated with the Government e-Marketplace (GeM) portal or any government authority.
- The software generates documents in standard formats; it does not guarantee bid/tender acceptance.
- Users are solely responsible for the correctness, legality, and truthfulness of all declarations and documents generated.
- We are not liable for losses arising from incorrect inputs, misstatements, or regulatory changes.
